From chlamy from duke.edu Tue Nov 27 10:41:24 2007 From: chlamy from duke.edu (Elizabeth Harris) Date: Tue Nov 27 10:43:10 2007 Subject: [Chlamydomonas] new web tool for searching Chlamy databases Message-ID: Forwarded from David Stern: A web-based system (http://codequest.bti.cornell.edu/chlre) which allows one to compare input sequences against various Chlamy sequence databases was developed at Boyce Thompson Institute. The system includes various sequence analysis tools running on a TimeLogic CodeQuest workstation (http://www.timelogic.com/). For a complete list of databases currently available in the system, you can go to the "Database list" link at the bottom of each page. If you want to add a Chlamy database to the website, please contact Dr. Zhangjun Fei (zf25@cornell.edu). The system utilizes a queue system for job processing, which means that your job will not be started until the jobs ahead of you finish. So on occasion it will take a while for you to receive the results, however this should only happen rarely. -- Elizabeth H. Harris Chlamydomonas Center http://www.chlamy.org/
